Prices, fees and payments

The individual proposal specifies the total price, currency, taxes and fees, included services, payment and cancellation terms. Planning fees shown on the website are starting prices for the described scope; the actual scope and fee are agreed before engagement. Travel payments and planning fees are handled through Fora.

Hotel benefits

Benefits depend on the hotel, rate, programme, dates and offer conditions. Breakfast, credits or welcome benefits apply only when confirmed in the proposal. Upgrades, early check-in and late check-out may depend on availability and are not guaranteed without express confirmation.

Changes, cancellation and withdrawal

The terms supplied before agreement and your mandatory statutory rights apply. Any right of withdrawal depends on the service and applicable law. This notice creates neither a blanket exclusion of withdrawal rights nor a general promise of refunds.

Availability and support

We agree the support scope, availability, changes and any additional fees before engagement. No general 24/7 emergency service is promised. Bookings and changes remain subject to availability and supplier conditions.
